Introducing Plant Power. A stunning collection of prints available to shop on Etsy, created using water colour paints and my all time favourite black Indian ink. I decided on a colour scheme consisting of deep plum shades, hints of magenta and rosey pinks contrasted with grassy green tones and tiny hints of aqua. Alongside two black and white pieces.

This was the first time I’d properly drawn inspiration from nature for my artwork and I really enjoyed the whole process and allowing the colours to flow and merge freely without too much control over the outcome.
 

I was really happy with the outcome of these pieces which through the bold brush stroked and fluid shapes ended up creating a timeless collection, adding the perfect splash of colour and elegance to a range of room styles and living spaces.
